Reservation Policy
Since 1/1/2018 and according to the law (4514/2018), there is an extra accommodation tax. This tax amounts to 1.50 euros per night and will have to be paid by guests before departure.
Minimum Stay
The minimum reservation is 3 nights for July and August.Cancellation Policy
All cancellations entail certain costs.

- 60 or more days before arrival entails the payment of 15% of the total amount of the stay plus bank charges
- 45 to 59 days before arrival entails the payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay plus bank charges
- 31 to 45 days before arrival entails the payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay plus bank charges
- 21 to 30 days before arrival entails the payment of 75% of the total amount of the stay plus bank charges
- 1 to 20 days before arrival entails the payment of 100% of the total amount of the stay plus bank charges
